During COVID-19, we are currently delivering a fresh meal and a shelf-stable meal on Fridays and 2 frozen meals and a fresh meal on Tuesdays to our regular clients. We also are delivering enough food for breakfast for 5 days/week.

However, we cannot guarantee what’s coming on the menu at this time, as it depends on what supplies and ingredients are available.

As of March 20, 2020, we are delivering meals on Tuesdays and Fridays only; we deliver multiple meals each time along with other necessities. This schedule cuts down on the number of interactions between volunteers and our senior clients, yet still provides them their vital food delivered to their homes.

Although Meals on Wheels Yolo County is closed to the public and not delivering meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (and weekends), we will continue to answer the phone, monitor social media/emails, and, of course, stay busy in the main kitchen in Woodland.

We will maintain this schedule for the forseeable future. For the latest developments, check here, or on our Facebook page.

We are incurring additional costs we had not anticipated to deal with our changes in service. If you would like to donate to help offset these costs, visit our website at: Thank you for thinking of our elderly folks at this time.

If you have any concerns, questions, etc:

Take care of yourself; wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and often.  Wear a mask. Physical distance from others at least 6 feet.

Thanks to these supporters for their help during this difficult time:
